Post Mortem Linked To Incident

We would like to see a closer link between incidents and postmortems. Currently there is a need to manually complete a lot of info in the Post Mortem that could be added automatically on raising the post mortem.

Timeline form Incident
Comments added
Status Updates added
Time To Acknowledgement
Time To Recovery
Mean Time between failures if similar incident found
